My Story

Hi! I'm Wen. I'm a Malaysian born and bred in Klang — thoroughbred, as both my parents were born in Klang too. Youngest of four girls in our family, I was super spoilt growing up! I have the best sisters anyone could ever ask for, and my mom, who is also my partner in crime!

Fairly independent, I think. Haha. I run a small setup in Malaysia that provides influencers to brands for campaigns. I have a team of people who are now my extended family, and I love them all to bits!

In my free time, I love to be outdoors — lazing by the pool is my current favourite. You can also find me snuggled up with a hot cocoa at a cafe with my head planted in my book.

Greatest Moment In Life

My favourite holidays are often in the snow! I would play anything from snowboards to sleds. One of my greatest memories in life was when I soaked in a natural hot spring with some friends while watching a meteor shower. Definitely one of the best moments of my life.

Favourite Book

I have so many books I love, but my favourites are autobiographies — and if I absolutely have to pick one, I loved the Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson. I read it while I was in Bali, in 2013. It was my first introduction to the tech world.

Most Embarrassing Moment

The most embarrassing moment of my life was when I was posing on stage for a small modelling gig. I was so very nervous that day that when I smiled, my face was involuntarily twitching. I couldn't make it stop! Anyone else who has experienced this — do you know a solution to my twitchy smile?
